Lemongrass

Lemon grass is a tall, perennial aromatic grass, native to tropical Asia. Its leaves contain compounds such as citral and myrcene which have been used traditionally to treat a variety of illness such as inflammation, fungal infections, high blood pressure, insomnia etc.

  1. A powerful antioxidant. Lemongrass is able to protect cells against the harmful effects of free radicals, which will damage our cells and causing cancer.
  2. To unclog blockage/congestion. It is found to be effective in unclog blockage/congestion of the lungs, liver, lymphatic and arteries system.
  3. Relieves Indigestion.
  4. Treating cancer. With compounds called citral, lemongrass able to eliminate cancer cells and at the same time not harming normal cells.
