Order Confirmation and Delivery Policy

  • The order will be confirmed after full and successful payment is made. Email confirmation will be sent to customer. Once confirmed, the respective order CANNOT be cancelled.
  • Order placed on Friday after 3pm and during weekends will be processed on the following Monday (working day). Order will not be processed during public holiday.
  • Delivery will be arranged within 5 working days (Peninsular Malaysia), 7 working days (Sabah & Sarawak) from the date the order is confirmed via email to customer.
  • Delivery is covered Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.
  • Delivery will be arranged from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Fridays.
  • If customer is not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will make a call to customer for the next delivery time. If we could not get in touch with customer or there is no reply from customer after received SMS within 7 days, the parcel will be returned. Additional charges will be at the expense of the customer for redelivery.
  • We will not be responsible for order signed for by someone other than the designated customer.
