Return & Refund Policy

  • Customer may request for the return or exchange of product within seven days from the date of which the product is delivered.
  • Customer request for refunds must be in writing and accompanied by the original payment confirmation with order number, proof of payment and identifications.
  • Refund will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
  • Refund shall be made only to the person who has paid for the product upon presentation of relevant documents mentioned above.
  • We will do our best to expedite the process and it is subject to company final confirmation.
